Leadership Inventory

Intensive coaching engagements start with a series of activities to gather information about your leadership that will enhance your leadership self-awareness and inform our work together, including: reflection activities, 360 interviews, and leadership inventories.

Live Launch Meeting

To officially launch our intensive coaching engagement, we'll meet face-to-face to dive deep on your 360 degree feedback and leadership inventories, and to set goals for coaching.

Weekly Coaching

Throughout the engagement, we will meet one-to-two times weekly for coaching sessions focused on your goals and current challenges.

Monthly Observation and Feedback

In order to support your development, it helps to see your leadership in action. Once a month I will observe your leadership (e.g. a leadership team meeting, a check-in with a direct report, a Board or community meeting) via zoom, a recording, or a silent observation. Afterwards, we will debrief and I will provide you feedback aligned to your goals.

Live Real-Time Coaching

Quarterly, I will observe your work live and provide real time coaching during that day. We will work together to select the day, which could be, e.g. a staff off-site, a leadership team retreat, a normal day at the office.

As-Needed Support

Enhanced support is necessarily more intensive and customized. During the course of the engagement, we will likely identify supports or activities that fall outside of the listed services and I'll work with you to meet those needs.
